Democrats: Who fucked up?
I need more time to sort out my anger and fear about why we elected such a horrible candidate spawned from a horrible platform. I’m afraid of becoming too closed-minded. Almost shouting at a friend during a party.
My fear is that if the Democratic party hadn’t squeezed its asshole so tight that it didn’t want to take a stand on anything but “Donald Trump is bad,” that Harris might have won by a close margin, and we’d all breathe a sigh of relief that we’d dodged a bullet. Blue skies. But really both parties have terrible products, engineered by rich corporate interests, or persons. We’d watch this shit will come again in four years. All the cheering for Mark Cuban, and Reid Hoffman from the left, wtf.
Trump’s team seems to want to burn government to the ground, and take all the resources for themselves. What will America be then? Who will be left?
The end of civilization, something Gen-X can wrap their minds around. We’ve been waiting since the Reagan years.
Speaking of the world ending, I’ve spun up an old project that’s been festering? Lying dormant? I don’t know. I’m excited it reared its head again.
